The Sausage Master was created in 2016, I was disappointed with the products we were getting from our local cash & carry, at this point, I started to make my own sausages, the biggest problem was, which herbs to use. We finally found our herbs in England and managed to source the skins locally. From first starting we have gone strength to strength, four months ago we went on to Lazada, great success, our only problem was transporting, Lazada does not have a cold van delivery service, and some of our customers were not happy, it takes far to long when going up north. Now we have sauced the transport we can only use it through this web page and FaceBook (The Sausage master). We are still working on both sites so please bear with us.
